At Denzell Wear, we stand behind the quality of our premium PU leather jackets for men and other outerwear items like coats and parkas. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy.
30-Day Return Policy for Denzell Wear Outerwear
You have 30 days from the date you receive your Denzell Wear PU leather jacket, coat, or parka to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@denzellwear.com.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your men’s jacket or outerwear must be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached. We understand that trying on your new PU leather jacket to check the fit is important, and you can do so while keeping the item in its original condition.
How to Start a Return
To start a return for your Denzell Wear jacket or outerwear, email us at support@denzellwear.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged jacket or any other outerwear item, Denzell Wear will send you a replacement completely free of charge. Simply contact us immediately, and we’ll ensure a smooth resolution.
Return Costs for Undamaged Items
For returns where the PU leather jacket or other outerwear is not defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable; however, we provide store credit to help cover the return shipping expense.
Currently, our return address is based in the United States for countries outside the European Union and in Spain for countries within the European Union. At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels, so customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damages and Defects
We urge you to inspect your Denzell Wear jacket or outerwear item upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution at no cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for a different size, model, or color of our PU leather jackets or other outerwear items. To ensure a quick exchange, return the item you have, and we will promptly ship the new one to you. As with returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
